There is a provision in the scriptures for men and women who wish to have children with amazing results, to perform Payovrat. It satisfies God, hence its name is also 'Sarvayagya' and 'Sarvavrata'. This is done in the Shukla Paksha of Phalgun month. In this one has to live only by drinking milk.
