Auspicious time of Baikunth Chaturdashi: 

According to the Panchang, the Chaturdashi tithi of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month will start on 25 November 2023 at 5:22 PM and will end on 26 November at 3:53 PM. Lord Vishnu is worshiped during the Nishita period. Therefore, this year Baikuntha Chaturdashi will be celebrated on 26th November.

There is a religious belief that on the day of Devuthani Ekadashi, Lord Vishnu wakes up from Nidra Yoga and on the day of Bankuth Chaturdashi, Lord Shiva had given him the responsibility of managing the universe. Therefore, the worship of Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva has great importance on this auspicious day.

Baikunth Chaturdashi story

According to Hindu scriptures, once Shri Hari Vishnu reached Kashi to worship Bholenath. After bathing in the Ganges, he had a desire to offer a thousand golden lotus flowers to Lord Shiva. During the puja, Lord Vishnu found that the number of flowers was less. It is said that Lord Shiva had hidden this flower to test the devotion of Lord Vishnu. When Lord Vishnu did not find the lotus flower, he thought of gifting one of his eyes to Bholenath.

Ways to gain money:

On the day of Baikuntha Chaturdashi, offer Belpatra to Lord Vishnu and keep it in your safe the next day. It is believed that doing this removes financial constraints and increases the sources of income.

Remedies for happiness and prosperity:

Chanting Lord Shiva's mantras Om Namah Shivay and Om Vasudevay Namah on this auspicious day is considered very auspicious. It is believed that by doing this all the troubles of the person go away and happiness comes in life.
