Anushtup –

शरच्चन्द्रप्रभां हास्यभासादीनत्वमापयन् । जगद्बीज महादेव विशदेन्दुद्युते जय ॥ १ ॥ 

Oh, Lord Mahadev Shankar! Hail thee. When a smile appears on your lips and lips while showering blessings on your devotees, then even the glow of the autumn moon appears pale in comparison to that smile. You are the root cause of this universe. The radiance of your Shri Deity is as fair as the clear moon.

Malini-

धृतसरसिजमालं जाह्नवीशोभिभालं कृतफणिपतिहारं मोददं भूतिकारम् ।

नृसुरमुनिभिरर्च्य शर्मदं लोकवन्द्यं  हिमगिरितनयेशं नौम्यहं श्रीमहेशम् ॥ २ ॥

I bow to Lord Parvati, Vallabh, and Shri Shankar. He is wearing a garland of a lotus around his neck. Due to the waves of Ganga present in the matted hair, his head is becoming very beautiful. A huge snake is hanging like a necklace on his chest. He continues to provide happiness to his devotees and also gives them their desired glory. The sages and sages, the human beings of this world, and the gods of heaven are also engaged in their worship. They bring happiness to everyone. He is worshiped by the inhabitants of the fourteen worlds.

Malini-

नगपतिकृतवासं पारिजाते निषण्णं त्रिनयनमखिलेशं शूलपाणिं महेशम् । 

मुनिजनशुभचित्ते वीतदोषे विभात- मजगवकरमेतं नौम्यहं भक्तियुक्तः ॥ ३ ॥ 

I am paying my obeisance to this Lord Shankar with devotion. This Giriraj resides in the Himalayas and is sitting in the shade of the Kalpavriksha. He has three eyes, is the master of all, holds a trident in his hand, and the other hand he also holds his bow called Pinaka at the time of destroying the enemy. Their light always remains in the minds of sages who are free from the vices of lust anger etc. This is Maheshwar.

अघं ह्रदो  दो मेऽपनयाज शम्भो नित्यं विधेहीश महेश शं भोः ।

भवेम        युष्मच्चरणानुरक्ताः नश्यन्तु नोऽरं विपदः समस्ताः ॥ ४ ॥

O Aja i.e. one who does not give birth due to karma, O Shambho i.e. the one who grants welfare! Remove sin from my heart. Oh God! Hey Maheshwar! You keep chanting 'Sham' i.e. 'Mangal-vidhan' every day. By your grace, let us continue to be fond of your feet so that all our troubles get destroyed soon.

अब्धौ सुरैः सम्मथिते समस्तान् विलोक्य भीतान् गरदर्शनात् तान् । 

पीत्वा विषं यो जनतां ररक्ष तमादिदेवं प्रणमामि शम्भुम् ॥ ५ ॥

The gods wanted to obtain nectar to become immortal. When everyone together churned the ocean of milk, Halahal poison first appeared. Seeing him they all got scared. To overcome their fear, I am paying my respects to the Adidev Shiva Shambhu, the Lord Shankar who saved them by drinking that poison.

सूत्राण्यपूर्वाणि  पुरा पुरारि- निर्माय  योऽज्ञानतमोविलीनम् ।

व्यधाज्जगद् व्याकरणप्रकाशं तमादिविज्ञं प्रणमामि शम्भुम् ।। ६ ।।

I am paying my respects to that ancient scholar Shiva, who in ancient times, Lord Shankar of Tripurasurant had spread the light of grammar in the world which was lost in the world of ignorance by preaching the fourteen new sutras known as Maheshwar.

शार्दुलविक्रीडित 

गंगास्वच्छधाराशिशिरकर विधारश्यियुक्तालिकेऽत्र

शम्भो सर्वेश्वरेऽस्मिन् विदधति करुणां नास्ति मे दुःखहेतुः । 

लेख सर्वे स्तुतोऽयं हिमगिरिशिखरे बद्धपद्मासनस्थः 

पुष्णीयात पर्वतीशो हृदयसदनगं कामनाऽनोकहं मे ॥

When Lord Shankar, whose head is always adorned with the pure waters of Ganga and whose head is always adorned with the radiant rays of the moon, is showing compassion on me, then there can be no reason for my sorrow. May all the gods, whom I keep praising, who are seated in Padmasana on Mount Kailash, may Lord Shankar, the Lord of Parvati, keep the trees of desire for his encounter green in my heart-house.

राजन्ति पुण्याः  सुरनिम्नगापो यमूर्ध्नि चन्द्रस्य गभस्तयश्च ।

पापापहारी स्वजनार्तिहारी जयेत् सदा श्रीशिवशङ्करः सः ॥ ८ ॥ 

May Lord Shiv Shankar, who destroys sins and removes the troubles of his devotees, always attain victory on whose head resides the sacred water of Ganga and the rays of the moon.
