If some things are kept in mind while worshiping, then you can get positive results soon. Morning time is considered best for worship. The tradition of worshiping in Brahma Muhurta is going on from time immemorial. According to Ujjain's astrologer Pt. Manish Sharma, Brahma Muhurta is considered to be the time of the gods. Waking up and worshiping at this time gives peace to the mind. At sunrise in the morning, all the divine powers are awakened. Just as flowers bloom with the first ray of the sun, similarly the early morning sun rays are also very beneficial for our body. The sun's rays benefit our skin in the morning, due to these rays the glow of the skin increases.
The mind does not wander while worshiping in the morning
The mind should be calm while worshiping. Worship done without concentration is not successful. Morning time is best for worship, because after waking up our mind remains calm and stable. There are no useless thoughts here and there in the mind. Concentration is necessary for devotion. Meditation is done with a concentrated mind. During the day, many types of thoughts keep running in our mind and the mind cannot stay in one place. Worship is not possible with a wandering mind. That is why early morning is considered the best time for worship.
Positivity remains throughout the day
Waking up early in the morning increases mental strength, which keeps energy and positivity throughout the day. Waking up early in the morning gives health benefits. Increases the brightness of the skin, prevents stomach related diseases. With meditation done in the morning worship, the mind moves faster, stress does not dominate us. If the mind remains calm then we can solve the problems easily.
Must follow 30 rules related to worship
The tradition of worshiping Gods and Goddesses for a happy and prosperous life is going on from time immemorial. Even today a large number of people follow this tradition. Our wishes are fulfilled by worship, but some special rules should also be followed while worshiping. Otherwise, the auspicious result of worship is not fully achieved. Keep these things in mind even in normal worship, you will get auspicious results.
These rules are as follows:
1. Surya, Ganesha, Durga, Shiva and Vishnu, these are called Panchdev, they should be worshiped compulsorily in all works. One should meditate on these Panchdevs while worshiping daily. This brings blessings and prosperity of Lakshmi.
2. Tulsi should not be offered to Shiva, Ganesha and Bhairavji.
3. Durva (a type of grass) should not be offered to Maa Durga. It is specially offered to Ganesha.
4. Arghya should not be offered to Sun God with conch water.
5. Tulsi leaves should not be broken without taking bath. According to the scriptures, if a person plucks Tulsi leaves without taking a bath, then such leaves are not accepted by God in worship.
6. According to the scriptures, worship of gods and goddesses should be done five times a day. Worship and aarti should be done in Brahma Muhurta from 5 to 6 in the morning. After this, worship for the second time from 9 am to 10 am. Worship should be done for the third time in the afternoon. After this worship, God should be put to sleep. Worship and aarti again at four to five in the evening. Shayan Aarti should be done at 8-9 PM in the night. All the gods and goddesses reside in the houses where worship is done five times regularly and there is no dearth of money and food in such houses.
7. Gangajal should not be kept in a plastic bottle or any impure metal vessel. Gangajal should not be kept in a vessel made of impure metal such as aluminum and iron. It is auspicious to keep Gangajal in a copper vessel.
8. Women and men should not blow the conch in an impure state. If this rule is not followed, then Goddess Lakshmi goes from where the conch is blown.
9. One should never sit with his back in front of the temple and the idol of Gods and Goddesses.
10. Ketki flower should not be offered on Shivling.
11. Dakshina must be offered in any worship for the success of the wish. While offering dakshina, one should take a pledge to give up one's faults. If you leave the defects as soon as possible, your wishes will surely come true.
12. Durva (a type of grass) should not be plucked on Sundays.
13. Lotus flower is specially offered to Maa Lakshmi. This flower can be offered again by sprinkling water for five days.
14. According to the scriptures, Bilva leaves dear to Shiva are not considered stale for six months. Therefore, after sprinkling water, they can be offered again on the Shivling.
15. Tulsi leaves are not considered stale for 11 days. Water can be sprinkled on its leaves every day and again offered to the Lord.
16. Usually flowers are offered to the Lord with hands by keeping them in their hands. Shouldn't do that. For offering flowers, flowers should be kept in a holy vessel and from this vessel should be offered to the deities.
17. Don't keep sandalwood, crushed sandalwood or sandalwood water in a copper vessel.
18. Always keep in mind that the lamp should never be lit by a lamp.
According to the scriptures, the person who lights the lamp with the lamp, they are sick.
19. Water should not be offered to Peepal tree on Wednesday and Sunday.
20. Worship should always be done by facing east or north direction. If possible, worship must be done between 6 and 8 in the morning.
21. For the posture while worshiping, keep in mind that if the seat of the sitting is woolen then it will be best.
22. The lamp must be lit in the temple of the house in the morning and evening. One lamp of ghee and one lamp of oil should be lit.
23. After the completion of worship and aarti, one must do three rounds while standing at the same place.
24. Tulsi leaves should not be broken on Sunday, Ekadashi, Dwadashi, Sankranti and Sandhya.
25. While doing the aarti of the Lord, keep these things in mind- Do the aarti of the feet of the Lord four times, do the aarti of the navel twice and the mouth once or thrice. In this way all the parts of the Lord should be worshipped at least seven times.
26. The idols in the worship room should be up to 1,3,5,7,9,11 inches, not bigger than this and the standing idols of Ganesh ji, Saraswati ji, Lakshmi ji should not be in the house.
27. The idol of Ganesha or Goddess should never be kept in number three, Shivling two, Shaligram two, Surya idol two, Gomti chakra two.
28. Keep only prestigious idols in your temple, do not keep gifts, glass, wood and fiber idols and remove broken, burnt photos and broken glass immediately. According to the scriptures, worship of broken idols is prohibited. Any idol that gets broken should be removed from the place of worship and thrown into a holy flowing river. Worshiping broken idols is considered inauspicious. In this regard it is worth noting that only Shivling is never considered to be broken under any circumstances.
29. Do not keep God's clothes, books and ornaments etc. over the temple. Curtain is very important in the temple, never keep the photo of your revered parents and ancestors in the temple, install them in the southeast corner of the house.
30. Four of Vishnu, three of Ganesha, seven of Sun, one of Durga and half of Shiva can be circumambulated.
