The relation of Ashoka tree is also found in our mythological texts. In the Ramayana, there was an Ashoka tree at the place where Mother Sita lived in Lanka. Mata Sita's mourning ends on hearing of Mata Sita sitting under the Ashoka tree and Hanuman ji showing her the ring and saying, "He has brought a message for her from Shri Ram". In such a situation, sitting under this tree, the sorrow of Mother Sita also ends in a moment. When she comes to know about the message of her husband Shri Ram.
Another story is also added in relation to the Ashoka tree, in which it has been told that the Ashoka tree originated from the tears of Lord Shiva, just like Rudraksh. According to religious texts, when Ravana sang the tandava stotra of Lord Shiva to please Lord Shiva to get rid of his sufferings, only then Lord Shiva also started doing tandav, in such a way that there should be no crisis on the creation, that is why all the gods Went to Lord Vishnu and started praying to him, only then two tears fall from the eyes of Lord Shiva, one tear produced Rudraksha, and the other tear from Ashoka tree. Therefore, both these things, i.e. Rudraksha and Ashoka tree, produced by the tears of Lord Shiva, in a way, are very good to get rid of all the troubles.

Ashoka tree is always green like a mango tree, which is 7.5 to 9 meters high and with many branches.
Its stem is usually reddish brown in color.... This tree is easily found all over India. Ashok leaves 9 inches long, rounded and pointed in pairs of 5-6 on either side of the stalk. Initially, the color of the leaves is similar to copper color, which later becomes dark green with red color.. After drying, the color of the leaves becomes red... According to Ayurvedic opinion, Ashoka juice is bitter, astringent, having cold nature, enhancing facial glow, thirst, burning, worms, pain, poison, blood disorders, stomach diseases, anti-inflammatory, uterine dysfunction, all kinds of leucorrhoea. It is a pain reliever of fever, joint pain.
According to scientific opinion, the main effect of Ashoka is on the lower parts of the abdomen ie vagina, kidneys and bladder.
