Nakshatras have their own special significance:-
There is mention of 28 Nakshatras in Vedic astrology. All Nakshatras have their own special significance. Any constellation out of 28 constellations can be auspicious or inauspicious for a particular person. A Nakshatra which is inauspicious for a person, the same Nakshatra can be auspicious for another person at any other time. Any constellation can be auspicious or inauspicious for a certain time. Similarly, constellations have been divided on the basis of auspiciousness and inauspiciousness in Muhurta.

अधनादी नक्षत्रं वैदिकं ज्योतिषपदं यत् व्यक्तिस्य जन्मनक्षत्रेण सह सम्बद्धानि षट् नक्षत्राणि निर्दिशति ।

अधनादी नक्षत्राः व्यक्तिस्य जीवने महत्त्वपूर्णां भूमिकां निर्वहन्ति इति मन्यते, तेषां उपयोगेन व्यक्तिस्य भविष्यस्य, व्यक्तित्वस्य, सम्बन्धानां च पूर्वानुमानं कर्तुं शक्यते ।
जन्मनक्षत्रं व्यक्तिस्य चार्टे महत्त्वपूर्णं नक्षत्रं भवति, तस्य मूलस्वभावं, व्यक्तित्वं, जीवनमार्गं च निर्धारयति इति कथ्यते । अधननक्षत्रं मनुष्यस्य धनं, सम्पत्तिं, भौतिकं च प्रभावितं करोति इति कथ्यते । कर्मनक्षत्रस्य प्रभावः व्यक्तिस्य कार्यवृत्तिः, उपलब्धयः च इति कथ्यते । वैनाशिक नक्षत्रं मनुष्यस्य स्वास्थ्यं, कल्याणं, दीर्घायुः च प्रभावितं करोति इति कथ्यते । समुदायिक नक्षत्रं व्यक्तिस्य परिवारेण, मित्रैः, समुदायेन च सह सम्बन्धं प्रभावितं करोति इति कथ्यते । संगठनात्मकनक्षत्रं व्यक्तिस्य सामाजिकस्थितिं, यशः, मान्यतां च प्रभावितं करोति इति कथ्यते ।

Nakshatras are divided into many classes. Among those divisions, one division is also of Adhaanadi Nakshatras. Birth Nakshatra, Karma Nakshatra, Adhan Nakshatra, Vanashik Nakshatra, Community Nakshatra, Sanghatik Nakshatra and Manas Nakshatra come under Adhaanadi Nakshatras. All these are calculated on the basis of the birth constellation of the person.
1. Janma Nakshatra:-
Every person is born at a certain time and in a constellation. The certain Nakshatra in which he is born is called Janma Nakshatra. This is the Nakshatra of the Moon at the time of birth, that is, the sign in which the Moon is located at the time of birth is called the Moon at the time of birth. If the birth star is afflicted at the time of birth or during transit, then the person has a fear of death or may have to face very dangerous situations.
2. Karma Nakshatra:-
If counted from the Nakshatra of birth, the tenth Nakshatra is called Karma Nakshatra. This counting has to be done along with Abhijit Nakshatra. If the person's karma is afflicted during the transit of Nakshatra, then he may have to face problems in his business. He finds trouble at work.
3. Adhan Nakshatra:-
The 19th Nakshatra from the birth of Nakshatra is called Adhan Nakshatra. If Adhan Nakshatra is suffering during transit, then the native may have to migrate. He may have to leave the place where he lives for any reason.
4. Vainashik Nakshatra:-
There are differences among scholars in calculating this constellation. Many scholars calculate this Nakshatra with Abhijit and many scholars calculate this Nakshatra without Abhijit also, so it can be 22nd or 23rd from birth Nakshatra. At the time of transit, if malefic planets are moving from this constellation, then the person suffers from pain and suffering in the body. He also has to face opposition from his relatives.
5. Samudayik Nakshatra:-
The 18th Nakshatra from the birth of Nakshatra is called the community Nakshatra. If this Nakshatra is afflicted during transit, the native may have to face some evil.
6. Sanghatik Nakshatra:-
The 16th constellation from the birth constellation is called the dangerous constellation. If the malefic planets transit in a Nakshatra constellation, then the person has to face some big loss.
7. Manas Sangyak Nakshatra:-
The 25th Nakshatra from the birth of Nakshatra is called Manas Sangyak. If afflicted during the transit of this Nakshatra, the native may feel upset about something.
